Today I'm doing a Smoothie lab cleansing. I've done it before. I know it's not good to do it often, I'm doing it after 6 months. I feel like I need this, but I've been thinking about combination of cleansing with some light food or protein food and salad.

So recently my hormones have been all over the place. The past 3 days I have problems with my diet, I want to eat EVERYTHING and I do, especially in the evenings! I don't workout, I was stressed lately and have problems with sleep, I sleep 5 hours maximum.. Once in a while I have really bad days when my hormons are just terrible, it happens twice a year.. I need an advice from another women! Do you have these days too? What do you do? I know I did gain weight, it's mostly water, in a weekend it's gonna be gone, but I feel terrible the whole day, even when I eat good healthy food, I'm bloated and just feeling heavy, slow and my physical condition is great! I lost a lot centimeters gained muscle, it's probably just a phase or just my mental state, but I would really use some words of advice... THANK YOU!

400 calories.. I know it's not enough for lunch, but I can't push myself to eat more. I feel full after this
