Creating this account is my first step towards feeling better. I don't know my actual weight at the moment because I've yet to weigh myself after having my baby. I gained so much weight while being pregnant... I blamed it on retaining so much fluid but we'll see how true that is when I weigh myself in the morning.

The lowest weight I've gotten while dieting was 203 I think, and I felt SO good. Granted I was taking phentermine that a doctor gave me to curb my appetite and I was eating healthier food at the time. I can't remember if I was exercising or not. This was 2 years ago. I remember being disappointed that I never actually reached 200 though.

Right now I've accepted that I might never get down to that size again. I feel kinda numb to it honestly. I have Hypothyroidism and Fibromyalgia. I'm on medication for both and the thyroid pill is doing what it should be but I will always feel the symptoms of my Fibromyalgia, at least on my medication it's bearable.

Since having my son I feel a will to better my health - if not for me, for him. I just want the energy and strength it will take to actively raise him right... and not just on the sidelines.
