I'm doing this because I've never truly tracked my calories and foods eaten before. I am a weightlifter/bodybuilder/strongman who struggles to do just 1 or 2 hours of cardio per week, because I despise it.
I have a vacation coming up on July 27th, and I want to be at 6% body fat at the start of the vacation. I'm currently about 8 or 9%. I'm giving myself two weeks exactly to drop the weight by being super strict on my diet, dropping my calories to a degree, adding daily cardio, and incorporating very fast-paced weight training. In the past I've dropped 1-2% in a week doing this, but I've never gone 2 weeks before. I'm positive 2 weeks is all I will need to do this.
I will also not start journaling my diet and exercise until Tuesday, July 13th.
