I weighed in last week & has gained weight (267) I worked hard monitoring my meals & hit the gym doing cardio..... I lost 4lbs
I want to go to the gym everyday but I feel so tired .... I'm going to push through. My goal this week is to drink lots of water

I'm baaaaaaack!!!! I can't believe in 2015 I got down to 174 & now I'm right back up to 264 - thanks a lot COVID & emotional eating.
I went to the doctor to get help with my weight gain. She wasn't helpful at ALL.... so it's up to me to get back down. My goal at 44 & 5'10 is to get to 200 & stay there. If I can fall under for wiggle room that would be AWESOME.
I'm not going to look at the scale daily but the start of every month. My first goal is to up my water intake, & be consistent with walking my dog twice a day.
I do love my curves but I hate how it photographs I really need to tone up & slim down.... HERE WE GOOOOO!!!!!

I am along my journey to get to 200 lbs. I will do this as healthy as possible and stay consistent with training. Starting tomorrow, I will walk Sage twice a day no matter how tired I may feel. I will take my supplements and juice and not eat pasta or bread. The meat will be a treat.

I have been doing water fasting and have now included walks. Tomorrow I will begin to herbal fast and drink teas. As long as I'm staying busy I will be okay. The toughest time for me is at night, but now that I will be working it should be okay.
