a new start, but this time with a new perspective. historically, my goals were usually to be accepted by others by reaching a target weight. this time it is for me, my serenity. i need to be comfortable in my own skin and no better time to start than now. i do have a goal weight, but the target date for the first big milestone is near my birthday. my gift to the one person that has been punished enough. this is my temple. xoxo
