I'm 39 years old and a little perturbed about turning 40 in two months. I am moving towards making changes that favor happiness in my life recently...which includes trying to lose weight, but also involves taking a stand to try to reduce my work hours so that I can enjoy and really LIVE my life. I'm looking forward to meeting the new me (sooner than later!!)
