Just joined the Air National Guard and wanted to have some sort of food diary to try to track my calorie/nutrition intake. This is definitely a great tool to help also with how much calories I am burning.
I am all about trying to moderate my meat intake and focus on eating more soy products. I am in love with anything made with tofu or soy. I drink Soy Milk, all kinds, as a beverage for a meal or just as a snack in between meals.
I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but when I do drink coffee, which is about once or twice a week, I always try to add a shot of soy milk. Other caffeine products that I have is Dr Pepper, but ever since graduating basic training I have cut down drinking soda dramatically from three to four soda's every other day to just once or twice a week.
I try to work out every other day mainly on the weekdays. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are the days I try to work out. I usually try to have cardio everyday I work out, but I definitely don't really have much of a routine. I just try to work on a muscle group and then let that muscle group rest when I work out on another day and so on with a different muscle group.
I don't know if its a self-image problem, but I feel like I am never where I want to be in terms of fitness and physique, but I know I feel good in terms of being able to run and just have tons of energy.
