The past 2-3 years have been rough; in July 2018 I had thyroid cancer, in May 2019 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and then COVID happened! This year I am excited to be expecting my first 2 grandchildren; one due in June and the second November! I am looking forward to spending time with them, so I want to get in better health to enjoy them! I have been married to my loving and supportive husband David for 36 years as of June 2021, and we have 4 amazing adult children; Denise, Michael, Christopher, and Nathanael! We are a active family, but I haven't been very active in awhile. With the grace of God and this program I am praying that I will be able to reach my goal.
