Ten life times ago in a land far away (for serious I was in Germany) I lost 95 pounds. I kept it off for years, then my father in law moved in. Every night he makes dinner for us. Every night we have mashed potatoes and corn with some kind of meat. I have gained over 40 pounds since he moved in. I told him last week not to cook for me anymore.
