july 5 ..got my period at the beach...1 week early...not surprised since my cicle has been irregular the past 6 months..

made the mistake and weighed myself this morning ..66 kilos..water weight gain..couldn't work out today since it was first day and i had cramps...that sucks..i ate too many bread sticks..needed to binge on carbs, better than eating chips..
