so I done I F on Friday and Saturday but I read somewhere that if some people do I F 3 or more days it could stall your weight loss completely and makes you metabolism slow down so I am gonna do 2 I F days the off a day then do it again and hopefully I won't have a stall. also does anyone have a complete list of can and can't haves on whole 30 diet? I can find groups of what you can eat but its not really specific especially when it says whole 30 approved mayo and things like that. I just dont wanna spend 20 on a book that I might not even keep doing! haha I just wanna try it out... any ways I hope everyone has blessed day!
