We had a nice refreshing rain last night that blew in some cooler temperatures. I am so looking forward to having Wednesday off from work since nothing got done outside in the +100 heat. No cookouts, fireworks, etc. Just a calm, peaceful and relaxing day. One can only hope!

Lucky you! Unfortunately for me, the heat and humidity look like they're settling in for a nice l-o-o-o-n-g visit. Enjoy the time off AND the weather!

Send some rain this way, please, and some clouds and cooler temperatures ! Not trying to be a scrooge, but with everything so dry wish the city would ban fireworks this year. Temps over 100 every day this week and into weekend, whew !!!

Sandy & Notfast - Would be happy to share. I know how miserable I was during those 100 degree days and I wouldn't wish that on anybody.
