I am so out of it this morning! Woke up an hour and a half late (my alarm didn't go off). I really must have needed the sleep (actually, I could use some more-I see a nap in my future). Thunderstorm and kitty woke me up. If I left right now, I could get the gym clean and do my workout and the rest of my day as planned (which involves all the stuff I blew off yesterday which makes for a packed day). But....I am really out of it. I thought it was Monday when I woke up...ugh. My face, fingers and feet are swollen and sore (all that damn takeout). My traps and related shoulder blade muscles feel like someone beat the hell out of them. I have made the decision to play hookie and stay home. All the stuff I blew off needs to be done as well as having a late lunch with my niece for her bday. Also, in between my house chores, I will read my new books from the library.

I think without the early a.m. pressure of the gym stuff, I can get it all done. If I didn't have all this to do, the gym would be doable for me today. Otherwise, it's all too much.

Yup - give yourself a little break today. It is Sunday and you are allowed to rest!

Take it one task at a time. For the soreness have a nice soak in the tub. For feeling bloated time to increase that water my bud, and flush, flush out that system. Plus sleep is always good for the mind, body and spirit. Once that feeling of feeling refreshed comes back, you will be your energizer rabbit once again... Lol! Hope that made you smile! :)
