Ups & Downs....
I went to the gym this weekend on Saturday I believe... it was hard!
I walked on Sunday for a few hours thru Toronto downtown and on Monday I was off work... had the same walk for a few hours. My legs are sore, they hurt... and I've been dealing with lots of headaches in the past week.

Food is not too bad but it's not the best. My brother came to visit us... he will leave tomorrow, so things do get out of the order, but I am so happy to have him over! We went out to make him try some food and decided to have a bit of unusual fun and that's it!
No regrete, my weight is still ok.

I'm sure that you are fine Mimi. When we slow down and then try to pick up right where we left off, our bodies sometimes try to tell us: "Hey, wait a minute, not so fast." Take your time, what is the rush? Be well my dear...
