Made it to the end of the day without over doing my points. Had to have a brisk (1 point) walk in the howling wind to make sure it balances. I feel really full, and kind of like I have cheated. Makes me wonder it I didn;t get my portions right. I'll have to measure tomorrow to make sure I am using the right portions. This cold weather makes me want to curl up in bed and sleep!
