Yesterday, I took a look at the breakfast that made me hungry last Thursay. The amount of carbs was bigger than my usual, but I THINK that the problem was that it had so little protein. Since I do have to have more carbs in my breakfast, I will try to keep my protein intake higher. Probably I should add egg salad in my muffin??? hm!!! it sounds nice. Egg salada spread with high protein content!!!! I will try to try it for tomorrow!
