Now it gets interesting; I've maintained a 2500+ calorie differential for some time. Now I've achieved my goal, I have to balance my intake versus burn much closer. I like the fitness and endurance I've achieved, and don't want to lose that, but I don't want to get used to eating 4000+ calories per day. Got to find the right balance.
