I have been really depressed lately and the fact that I have a dreaded doctor's visit tomorrow isn't helping. I have been looking at myself in the mirror a lot lately and then not looking for the same reason. I hate the way that I look. I know that I need to do more to make it better, to make me better, but when I get home from work all I want to do is sleep until I have to leave for work. I just don't know what to do.
