I ride horses on Saturday’s. Every other Friday is my only day off from work and today I was able to have my fasting labs done before the multitude of appointments and errands for the day before the rest of the busy weekend.
I was starving and didn’t used to eat breakfast but since dieting I’ve become accustomed to it. I went to a restaurant and had breakfast after my labs before the remainder of the appointments/errands, etc before I didn’t have time to do them this weekend.
When I logged this in my diary I was flummoxed. I couldn’t believe how many calories this was.
It’s put me off dining out for a long time.
