Today was pretty laid back. Everyone was home, just enjoying each others company. I love my roommates! It's a crazy dysfunctional family, we all come from different walks of life, different ethnicities, have different triggers from our past. But, somehow it works.
One of our former roommates left some vanilla rice protein when she left and I figured I'd put it in my oatmeal, see how it tasted. It was pretty darn good. I just finished putting my dinner in the food thingy and realized I really didn't eat much today. I must really not have been eating enough protein before.
I just felt full for a really long time. Think I'm going to keep eating that stuff, it makes oatmeal yummy.
