I have been working out 4-5 times a week for 6 months now. Only lost 15 lbs at first now can't lose anything at all. I have now started a calorie diet. I have been going stong for 4 days now. Cut my pop out completey...can't believe it. I have already started to lose again. This calorie app on my phone is the best thing. I can't live with out it now.

I know how you feel! I've been working out for 5 months. I lost 10 pounds and that's it. I am shrinking, my clothes tell me that. But I want to the scale to move!

funny I was just reading your Journal entry when you sent me the buddy request. You must be adding some muscle since your not losing weight, but hey I wouldn't pass up buying smaller clothers..lol, Sorry just joined online so trying to figure this out.
