I did it!! I somehow managed to find the energy to get on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I am so proud. I've just been dreading working out lately. As soon as I start seeing results, it just pushes me even further. The 5 hour energy drink seemed to help. Also, I use one of those sauna suits. I look like I come from land of the garbage bags, but hey, at the end, I'm totally drenched. I feel great. Thanks to all of you for your great support!!! Everyone keep up the great work.

Just an FYI, all you lose when you use a sauna suit is water. You gain it all back as soon as you drink some and if you don't you get dehydrated. You might reconsider as it can also cause heat exhaustion and isn't really worth it since you aren't losing actual fat.
