I thought that this was a small change... I was wrong. I realized this when I went to eat dinner. I was standing in the kitchen, about to grab a piece of bread, and I couldn't think of any vegetables I wanted in the sandwich. I routinely ate a couple slices of bread when I was hungry just because I'm lazy, and there wasn't always food in the house. But, I've realized that I don't really want to eat bread. I never used to eat it unless I had made it or someone had given it to me. It's only in the last year and a half, when I started living with my boys, that my eating habits really got this bad. I didn't eat meat until I moved in with them... mostly because the one boy was a foreign chef and he actually made meat edible. My diet was mostly rice, vegetables, fruit, dairy, and chocolate (this is a food group every couple of weeks.)
Basically my realizations were: 1)I like cooking, and I miss it. 2)I miss vegetables, I really enjoy them. 3)I really want a cup of tea.
