Everything is ready to go into the broiler for lunch,just waiting for dh to come from from the range.Looks cloudy but no rain here in the county.Yes,town had rain but not us. Feeling good again about changing my WOE,it was a long time coming but I'm learning.For me starchy carbs will be a no no.I just can't handle them but there is so many other good things to choose from that I'll be able to overcome that.In fact I have been since I started in Feb other then going bonkers on Easter.So.yes there is still work to overcome but I'll get there and so will you.
Haven't decided whether to go out to the beach tomorrow,water is still not that warm out in the Gulf and besides the big deal will be the bathing suit not warmth or coolness of the water.Hey BC where the heck are you that its still snowing out by you?Hope it stopped.
