Sticking to the plan for the most part. Eating lots of chicken and turkey and veggies. Need to eat them more. I also have to take my before pictures. Dun, dunn, dunnnnn.......not looking forward to that :( But gotta face reality sometime.
So within the next two months something big might be happeneing so I need to get it together because I don't want to be a fatty if it does happen.
