Need to drink more water. Had vegetarian chili in a sour dough bread bowl at work sponsored lunch. Ate half and had half for breakfast this morn. Super tasty, but a bit heavy. Only nibbled some of the bowl and tossed the remainder.
I'm not 100% micro-nutrients yet but I'm getting there.
