No loss, but no gain! Steady as she goes. but I am now seriously considering joining, if not buying the books to Weight Watchers to actually lose weigh this time around. I think I need some structure, kind of a reference point. Right now I'm winging it, sometimes I feel like a nut and sometimes I don't, if you know what I mean. I have done Weight Watchers before, and they are great but going to those weekly meetings and paying to do so, is not necessarily the route I want to go this time. I remember losing 10 lb on my own, which i plan to do again but I do realize that I need a little help, a reference and some accountability that is why I joined this Site. So we will see, I haven't given up, because as long as I'm alive there is always hope, right!?
