After a long day at the hospital and needing to pick up dinner for the part of the family not in recovery - this is what went into the garbage. Now I have:

I was a afraid to weigh in this morning. The past couple of days have been a blur of trying to make sure everyone is taken care of. I packed tons of fruits and vegetables for my Mother-in-law but forgot about myself. Ended up giving my husband most of my sandwich, because he was hungry. I ate too much at times and not enough at others.

After a workout, I made myself get on the scale tonight. Time to face the truth. It said 126.2! At night, I was shocked. Thank goodness I didn't derail too much.

Mother-in-law is doing really good, considering all that they did.
