Whoah! What a cheat day. Up 4 lbs! 218.8
Had a huge pig out fest with friends, it was quite nice. Lots of homemade mexican stuff, and the star of the show was my triple chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. It came out superb! The icing was like a recees cup, and the cake ended up being awesome too. Lucky we took it to a party and it got ate up. No leftovers in my house today.
I felt so crappy from eating so much, and the 3 berry beers, that I did not sleep well. Lots of gas and indigestion, and generally feeling "stuffed". Wow, I did not like that.
Got up and did my bike ride, even though I did not want to. Although after I started it went well. I have a nice new path and place to ride, and I love it.
