My mood is somewhat blah and I am dissatisfied. I think my mood has more to do with the damn cold sore that appeared on my lip this morning and is a constant feeling of yuck! 1500 cal day, oh well. I need to really plan this night. Since it is 6:30 i think the best thing to do would be to finish my granny smith apple, drink lots of water, maybe some hot tea, hot bath and go to bed.

I can relate to the ick of the coming cold sore. Maybe you are running yourself ragged (ha! The pot calling the kettle black!) thus encouraging that cold sore and blah feeling. You sound like you are doing a great job with the later night snacking. I am finding that apples are so filling and satisfying and keeping up on the water definitely helps with the cravings. Keep up the good work :)
