I just made these muffins and they are very good. 2 WW points a piece. My kids like them too and they are very healthy: 1 large egg 3/4 cup milk, nonfat 1 tsp cinnamon 1 little packet truvia or splenda 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup applesauce 1 cup grated carrot 2 tsps baking soda 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup oat bran (or ground oat bran cereal) 3/4 cup flour
Bake at 375 for 15-20 min. Makes 12 muffins. 2 WW points each
