I can sit here and right everything Ive done wrong in the last few weeks but im not because Im tired of focusing on that. I am still walking, Im paying attention to my triggers and the habits that lead me into binging and I have no desire to give up, only a desire to beat this giant. I am not writing down what I eat because that does not feel realistic to me but I do still measure my foods because Im not that good yet, anyways, I will do my best to post at least once a week.
