Day 1: 4:30 have eaten all my points during breakfast and lunch. Well really it was more like all during a fast food lunch. Since this is day 1 of WW guess I can be glad that I know I should only have zero point food from here on in today. That is a good thing, and something to reflect on.

It takes a little time to get used to portioning out your points throughout the day. But you will get the hang of it! Thank goodness there are so many things you can fill up on that are zero points! I love homemade veggie soup! Keep working at it. You will do great!

We love the veggie soup!!! Also Prego has soups that are "0" points, and it is marked as so on the lable. Each day gets a little easier... hang in there!
