I have the most amazing husband! Not only is he being supportive to my new lifestyle changes, but he is also being active in my decisions to change! He has been following the same healthy choices that I have been following, and he has been working with our five kids to do the same. I am seeing a change in all of us. We are all eating better and getting more exercise. This is a win-win situation for all of us!!!
