higher calories intake in the last month (2200 avg) but increased activity. 1 week with a lot of rich meals during my trip to italy since my last weigh in, overall loss 2.5 kg, 0.6% fat loss.
Loss consistent with BM data (-29500 cal) if 10% aproximation in calorie counting is considered
