just done a 22-hour fast.abs exercise complete.
now drank apple cider vinegar to break my fast. now about to eat 2 breaded chicken with mixed rice with onion, red and green pepper rice with half avocado, some fresh broccoli and carrots. today complete. Happy days😊😊
