April first, the start of my mini-challenge to consume 1200 calories. As promised I am rewarding myself for my efforts of the first quarter of the year 2010 with a new pair of sports shoes and an I-Pod docking system which I found at Big-5 at a great discount! According to the scale this morning I weighed a brilliant 174 pounds, which brings my total for the year to 19 pounds gone! Tomorrow I will do my weekly weigh in and see if it remains the same. I sure hope it stays at 174 but am happy with the first quarter results no matter what the number may say:) TOWANDA!!!
