I may go out to eat tonight. I try to plan since I eat lighter that day to sdave calories for the night. The weather is gorgeous, and wish I was not working and out to enjoy it. Not much elso going on. I did work out this morning for an hour and half, then moved a bunch of heavy boxes at the office. Took credit for that second work out. Oh my back and arms got a serious work out today.
