I am growing each and every week, I have outgrown my pants and shirts; however, I am still being kind and loving to myself, because I have been here before. For the past 15 years I have ridden this weightloss roller coaster, lost and gained the same 30+ pounds over and over. Please, please, can this be my last time? Ideal Protein looks a lot like Medifast, which I've tried. I lost weight, but of course, gained it back. Same with Weight Watchers, Atkins, Hydroxycut, starving, and extreme exercising. I've tried it all!
