I am growing each and every week, I have outgrown my pants and shirts; however, I am still being kind and loving to myself, because I have been here before. For the past 15 years I have ridden this weightloss roller coaster, lost and gained the same 30+ pounds over and over. Please, please, can this be my last time? Please, Kristy, let's lose this 30 pounds one more time and keep it off!

Have you tried Ideal Protein? Phase 4 is all about maintining the ideal weight.

Ideal Protein looks a lot like Medifast, which I've tried. I lost weight, but of course, gained it back. Same with Weight Watchers, Atkins, Hydroxycut, starving, and extreme exercising. I've tried it all!
