At 6 months out from meeting my goal - I am still at my goal. I was lower but have maintained between the 173 - 178# range. I need to get back into the carb and sugar counting thing, but find I am drinking Crystal light all the time. I don't like the artificial sweetener thing, but since I can no longer drink Soda without extensive bloating, is my next best choice.
Here is to the next 6 month and possibly a goal of 165....And where will this go once I start walking regularly.
