ok, well I guess I'm going to creep up & down with this 1# to 1/2# again. But I did have more ribs yesterday than I probably should have and not as much water as I normally drink. The ribs were very light on sauce though so I'm sure the carb count should be less, but still I NEED to drink more water on the weekends!
