It’s a cold and icy Hump Day. I’ve had a good and healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner is in the slow cooker. I’m definitely not eating enough calories so I need to work on that. I don’t write down every single thing I eat so I know my food journals aren’t 100% accurate, but still I need to be more diligent. Tomorrow is my Dr appointment for my foot. I’m not looking forward to it, but I am looking forward to being able to walk like a normal person, so there’s that lol I attached a pic of some of my meals over the last week or 2.
