Well it is officially D day for me. I think it's going to be kind of hard to adjust to eating breakfast or small meals throughout the day. I usually only eat once a day and to top it off it us usually pretty late when I do eat. Any ideas or tips will be greatly appreciated.

I lost a pound this week so that's 5 pounds so far. I have been eating regular meals, keeping track of calories, and eating one dessert per day although yesterday I had a fruit pop and some dark chocolate. Usually I have the same thing for breakfast - scrambled eggs and 2 low fat sausages - that way I dont have to think about it too hard! Im not a morning person. Good Luck Carrie

Thanks Carrie. I guess its going ok so far. I have just got to get motivated to get off my butt and work out.....I think I have just gotten lazy, although I did mow our grass yesterday. Woo Hoo. It felt good....Melinda

Hey, I am not a morning person either, but I find that Irish oatmeal with just a drizzle of honey in the morning makes me feel like I am STUFFED until mid-afternoon.
