Well. Plateau’d For a bit.. but after the gym this morning, down another 2 lbs.. 223.5! But entered weight at 224 just to be safe (water weight, etc.)... don’t want to deal with the mental stress of watching a scale sit at the same or higher weight for a week... even though my brain knows it’s completely normal.
In any event, a good weekend, all in all, except Friday was a little bit high, but still under my total calories burned - and yesterday was very good - Super Bowl (Eagles suck) and no snacks, no beers.. and Korean beef ribs and bok choy for dinner.
Keep up the good work, I tell myself, even though yesterday was a down day emotionally - and I found myself pondering the “what the f*ck does it matter how much I weigh or how long I live” b.s. - but as Scarlett O’Hara said, “Today is another day.”
Got to gym, decent work out - followed by 20 minutes of shoveling snow (Mexico sounds like a nice place to live today).
Healthy breakfast - egg, ham, English muffin, kambucha and coffee... and I’m ready to attack the day!
But the Eagles still suck. And so does Nick Foles.
