Overall doing well. Not too much to report – work is busy, and I am spending more time on the evenings teleconferencing with folks in other countries than I would like, but I am pretty excited about the stuff I am working on. My workout this morning went well -- I just about did the full 5k run in less than 30 min today at a 2.5% incline (I was off by 15 seconds).
