Sometimes I get "antsy" when I see these same numbers for a few weeks. But I know I will have a "new low" this week, so it is no big deal.

Yesterday went for a small bike ride. The temp was a 100 degrees! Whew, drank lots of water before during and after the ride. I found a new website that I love called strava. I have an android, and recently converted to google "my tracks", which works pretty good. I wanted something a little more bike oriented, so I checked out some sites. Strava allows a lot more options for importing, and is more like nike plus.
Yesterday for lunch I had a 1/3 lb hamburger at Fudds, and a few fries!! I knew I had the bike ride in the heat later, and did not want to be low on energy. I also knew I had cabbage soup and chicken at home for a very light dinner. Thats how I like to roll these days anyway, decent lunch, maybe even a big lunch, and a light dinner. It just makes my life easier, and it is easy for me to do.
