Started on 01/0607 weighing 176 with a goal to lose 41 lbs. by 06/06/07. I have a wedding to attend on Maui where I use to live and I want to feel good in a bathing suit as well as be healthier. Today is the 9th and I'm 175. I don't remember ever feeling so positive about a plan before. This feels like a new lifestyle to me. I did some grocery shopping and came home with lots of great food to make. My saying that is helping me stay on track is " Nothing tastes as good as thin feels".
I'm looking forward to losing in 5 lb increments.
