I have honestly been taking a break from everything out of frustration. I have been lucky to have alot of vacations last year but every vacation has been a stressful deadline for me on weight loss. I have finally decided to buckle down and concentrate on losing the weight permanently, without a time frame. I just got back from Vegas on Thursday and weighed in at 163.1, yuck. My goal is to clean up the eating to stay between 1300-1500 calories a day and workout 6 days a week with atleast 3 days a morning and an evening workout to bump up the metabolism. I took my measurements also so I have that as a better gauge than the scale. My goal now is to get down to 145 and re-assess from there. Most likely, with added muscle, that will be an ideal weight for me. Honestly, I don't care what I weigh so much as having my jeans fit again. Talk about frustrating. Wish me luck!

Yea, I'm so glad to see that you're back...I was missing you. It seems like everyone lately has been going to Vegas. I've never been there. I know it can be frustrating when you try to lose weight for vacation, but it's good that you're wanting to lose the weight just because. I know you can beat this, and we're all behind you!!
