So, as I've stated last year, when I started my cross fit classes again, I'll be monitoring my cm losses on top of my weight loss. My strategy is to measure every month, one week after shark week, when my body has returned to normal, & I will then compare these figures to each other every month!

I've read somewhere (can't remember where) that women should compare their stats at the same time of a cycle of every month, because of our hormones & water retention in every cycle. That's why I chose one week after shark week. I will still weigh in every week, but will only compare the weight, together with the cm's measured every month. I think that way I will get a clearer picture of my progress.

With that being said, herewith my measurements for January (compared to Nov 2017 - I did not measure in Dec).

Jan 2018:

Neck: 34.5 (Nov - 34) gain of 0.5 cm
Arms: 32.5 (Nov - 33) loss of 0.5 cm
Boobs: 102 (Nov - 106) loss of 4 cm
Bum: 112 (Nov - 112) the same
Under boobs: 91 (Nov - 92) loss of 1 cm
Tummy: 97 (Nov - 97.5) loss of 0.5 cm
Thigh: 66 (Nov - 66.5) loss of 0.5 cm

So.... even though my weight went up over the December holidays, I did not undo the hard work of losing cm's!!!
