EKKKK, ok I am now officially going crazy about my weight creeping up and down and not going any further than 172 (one time). I read somewhere that while it is ok to weigh every morning (which I am obsessive at doing), it was suggested to take the weeks weight and average it to get a better idea of what is going on. So I went back, and since I didn't record every day here I just took the first 4 weights (1/4, 2/1, 2/23 & 2/27) totals / 4 = 177.5, then I went the next 'week' (2/28, 3/1, 3/6) totals / 3 = 173.67, next week (3/10, 3/9) /2 173.5 and last week (3/15, 3/18) / 2 = 172.5 so starting today (3/21 174) I'll keep track of the daily weight up/down and come Saturday I'll enter in my journal average for a full week. I might not put the daily weight in my history every week, but I will for this next week just to keep track of it here, I hope this doesn't discourage me too much.
